Project 15
Extreme Scale: Daily Affirmations  [Newspaper]

This project is a portrayal of my obsessive-compulsive disorder and highlights my morning routine as a result of it. The objective of this project was to create something in extreme scale, hence the newspaper format. This format also lends to the idea of my OCD being a daily performance.

News articles with the phrase “extreme scale” are typeset for additional content. Entwined between these articles are my thoughts throughout my ritual.

Figure 1/9. The background image on the cover is of my apartment and includes all the points of anxiety for my daily morning routine.
Figure 2/9. The image on the front cover is extended to the back cover.
